Shipping & Returns


Order placed using standard shipping will ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed with Priority shipping will ship the same business days. You will receive an email once your order is processed, and another email confirmation when your order is marked for shipment.

*Please note that Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days, and that there may be delays on all orders placed during the holiday season.


Domestic orders placed with standard shipping will take 3-4 business days to arrive. International orders shipping to Canada can take 6-12 days to arrive.


We choose the most suitable and reliable carrier for your shipment, taking into account the shipping method that’s been selected and the end-address. You’ll see the specific carrier delivering the package in the shipping confirmation email.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be displayed and updated. If you have any questions about the status of your order please email us at and we'll get back with you within 24 hours.

Change of Address

We cannot change your delivery address after an order has been shipped. We work directly with our shippers to help resolve address issues where possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if your address was incorrectly entered at checkout. In the event that your address was entered incorrectly, please contact us immediately so we can do our best to help. 

Back Orders 
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 


Our return policy lasts 30 days. Please make sure to return your item(s) within that timeframe or we will be unable to offer you a refund. Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refund.

To be eligible for a refund, item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your returned package and that your refund has been either approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you have not received a refund after a reasonable amount of days have passed, please make sure to double check your bank account before proceeding. If the payment still appears to be missing, contact your credit card company and/or your bank for more information. Processing times can fluctuate and some refunds take some time before they are officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

If you need a different size, please place another order and return the original item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If approved, exchanged items will be shipped back to the customer free of charge. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
